The Flowering Tree Lodge was founded in 1993 in Royal Oak, Michigan, as a place where seekers of knowledge could study contemporary shamanism as taught within the Sweet Medicine SunDance path. The Lodge sponsors classes, ceremonies, and earth-centered events in Michigan for individuals and families. These include Drum Team, Eagle Dance, advanced training for apprentices, Sisterhood gatherings, Rites of Passage, Vision Quests, and healing ceremonies for adults.
